Order Status

After you place an order through the online store, we will send an order confirmation via email. We will send an additional shipment confirmation that will include your tracking number. Your order status is also available on the web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Missing order emails

If you're not receiving order confirmation or status emails from us, we might not have the right email address for your account on file. Check your email address and update it if needed. If you're still not receiving order emails, your ISP or email software might be blocking Vapor Systems' emails, thinking (mistakenly) that our email is spam.

Change or cancel your order

If you need to change or cancel your order, call us at 1-800-GO-VAPOR. You may not be able to make changes to your order if it is already being prepared for shipping. If this is the case, view our Return Policy, then please wait for your product to arrive, and then return your order by calling 1-800-GO-VAPOR.
