If within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, you experience difficulties, please contact our support department at 800-468-2767 or email us at email@example.com.
We will arrange for a consultation with the appropriate technician to determine the next best course of action. If the unit needs to be returned for repair (preferably packed in the original box with proper packaging), we can arrange for a return authorization to be issued and a no charge UPS pick up the item.
If you experience difficulties after the first 30 days but within the one-year warranty period, please contact our support department. In many cases, the problem can be solved over the phone with one of our experienced technicians.
If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, it must be returned to Reliable freight prepaid and insured by you by the method of your choice. Alternatively, we can arrange for a chargeable UPS pick up (a UPS pick up quote can be given upon request). Upon approval, Reliable will require a credit card payment prior to the pick up.
If the item is out of warranty but you would like to send it back to Reliable for repair anyway, please contact our support department. In this case, freight, labor and parts are chargeable but we do not do anything without your prior approval.
All repairs done under warranty* are at no charge for parts, labor, and return freight back to you. We strive for a 72 hours in-shop turnaround time from the time we receive the item.
* Please note that Reliable's warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, normal wear and tear or improper usage of the item. Reliable Corporation cannot be held liable for lost inbound items
